The Schedule brings recurring visits, one-off jobs, and team tasks into one planning workspace. Start with the week, then use the calendar to see what is booked and what still needs attention. In Week view, each row is a technician and each column is a day. Route cells summarize the stop count, estimated workload, and progress. Use Filters when you want to narrow the schedule to particular technicians, job types, or statuses. Click a route cell to open its details. The panel shows the ordered visits and their status for that technician and date. This is where you review the actual day, rather than the recurring assignment that generated it. Switch to Month for a wider view. Technicians shows each day's route load and progress across the team. Click a date to preview its routes on the map, keeping the monthly context visible. Double-click the date to open Day view. The timeline lays out each technician's visits through the day, making the sequence and timing easier to compare. Use the date controls to move between days or return to Today. Back in Month, choose Jobs and tasks. Work orders appear on their scheduled date, and tasks on their due date. Colored chips identify the technician; unassigned work has a dashed outline. Search by customer, city, job type, or task. Hover a day to open the expanded preview. Each technician gets a column with route progress, jobs, and tasks, so you can compare the whole crew without leaving the calendar. Click the date to keep that preview open. Use Hide route stops for a compact view of jobs and tasks. Show route stops brings the recurring visit list back into each technician's column. Open day view takes you to the full timeline when you need more detail. The Job Bin collects open work that needs a date, a technician, or both. Search for the job, then use Needs date or Needs technician to focus the list. A dated job can stay here until its crew is assigned. Click Set date to book the job. Choose its scheduled date, then select the technician or crew. You can also leave it unassigned and decide the crew later. For this example, assign a technician and click Save schedule. Close the bin and check the calendar. The job now appears on the chosen date in its technician's color. Open that day to confirm the job, assigned technician, and generated visit before moving on. Routes is where you maintain the repeating assignments that generate these daily visits. The Schedule combines those visits with jobs and tasks, while technicians work their assigned stops from the mobile app. Use Week for workload, Day for timing, and Month for the bigger picture. Keep the Job Bin clear, review the saved result, and give the team a day they can follow.
