Assignments describe recurring service. Generated stops are dated visits. Open Settings, then Routes, to review how Pool Runs creates upcoming stops.

Days Ahead sets the future horizon. The choices run from one to thirty days. Generation Time uses your organization's timezone.

The automatic run fills new dates and keeps removed visits off those generated days. Routes generated through shows the latest future stop date.

Read the note under Generate Now. With full route permissions, it can fill gaps and add back removed recurring visits. Existing and skipped stops stay unchanged.

To keep a visit off the schedule, skip it. To stop recurring service, end the assignment. This demonstration only reviewed settings.
