A customer can have several service locations, each with its own pool or spa. Let's add one customer, one pool, and a weekly assignment, then find the dated visit on Schedule. Open Customers and choose Add customer. First Name and Last Name identify the person behind the account. Both are required. Email is optional when creating the record. It supports emailed quotes and invoices. This demonstration uses an invalid example address; use the real customer's email when available. Phone Numbers gives the office a way to reach the customer. A phone number is optional. We don't have a contact number for this demonstration. A phone label identifies who answers, such as the property manager. Remove the unused phone entry with its X button before saving this customer. Customer Status should be Active for someone ready for service. Prospect is for potential customers. Keep Active and select Create Customer. The new profile opens. Contact details belong to the customer; the service address and pool are added underneath. In Service locations, choose Add First Location. The property is where the technician drives. Existing customers with properties use Add location. Search Property Address and select the matching address. Street, city, State, and ZIP fill together. Address outside the United States reveals Country. Keep United States for this location. Gate Code records an entry code when one is needed. Access Notes explains how the technician gets in. Add the instructions the person arriving needs. Water Feature creates the first pool or spa with the property. Name identifies the feature; Type describes it. Name this pool and choose Pool. Volume belongs to this pool. Enter its measured or reliably estimated capacity in the units shown. A separate spa needs its own feature and volume. Select Add Property. The saved service location now contains the pool. Expand the water feature to see its saved name, type, and volume before assigning the service. Open Route Management, then Route Assignments. Choose Add Route, followed by Add Single Route. This creates the property's recurring plan. Select the Property you just created. Assigned Technician is responsible for its recurring visits. Choose Carlos for this location. Choose Water Feature to Service sets which pools or spas belong to this assignment. Select this pool so its service and readings belong to the visit. Day of Week sets the repeating service day. Frequency sets how often it returns. Choose Monday and Every week for a weekly visit. Preferred Time Window records the customer's arrival preference. Any time adds no preference. Default Start Time is optional; leave it empty for this example. Route Position places this property among the technician's assignments for that day. Choose Add to end to put this location after the existing stops. Start Date anchors when the plan begins. Choose the next intended Monday. End Date is optional; leave it empty for ongoing service. Schedule Preview shows the dates implied by your choices. It is a preview of the plan. Select Create Assignment to save the recurring rule. Open Schedule on the next service date within the account's generation horizon. Open the assigned technician's route and find this property. The dated stop should include the pool selected for the assignment. You now have the customer, location, pool, recurring assignment, and dated visit. The written guide links to service pricing, equipment, and checklists for the next steps.
